  • What is Maxiful?

    Maxiful is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that installs a team of AI assistants on your own computer. Max, your Chief of Staff, and the specialists you add sign in to your tools and do the work you hand them. Maxiful AB, a Swedish company based in Lidingö, makes it.

  • What is ChatGPT Business?

    OpenAI's ChatGPT plan for teams of 2 to 200 employees. OpenAI's pricing page lists all ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work and Codex features, access across desktop, web and mobile, and connections to Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Microsoft 365 and more. Its plans table lists memory, memory with past chats, scheduled tasks and a built-in browser.

  • How does ChatGPT Business handle data and sign-in?

    OpenAI's pricing page lists no training on your business data by default and a secure workspace with SAML, SSO and MFA, and says data is encrypted with TLS 1.2 in transit and AES-256 at rest.

  • What does ChatGPT Business cost?

    OpenAI prices Business per user. OpenAI's pricing page, shown for Sweden, lists a standard seat at SEK 180 a month billed annually or SEK 220 billed monthly, and a premium seat, with more usage and no 5-hour limit, at SEK 900 a month billed annually or SEK 1,100 billed monthly. Enterprise has custom pricing.

  • Where does Maxiful differ from ChatGPT Business?

    ChatGPT Business gives each person on the team a ChatGPT of their own. Maxiful installs a team of assistants, Max, your Chief of Staff, and the specialists you add, on a computer that stays on, where your files and their memory stay. They sign in to the tools you connect and work on a schedule, and you reach them in the desktop app, in the phone app, in Microsoft Teams and in Slack. The AI is included in one monthly price for the whole team workspace, never per seat. In your mail, calendars and money, anything that sends, pays, books or deletes waits for your yes on an approval card by default, unless you choose Always allow for that kind of action.

  • Can Maxiful run on a server?

    Yes. Maxiful can run always on, on your own Linux server, paired with your computer as its owner. The computer each person works at can be that team's hands: actions run there at that person's own permission level, and consequential ones wait for their yes by default. Colleagues can connect their own accounts, such as their own Google account, to work with the team; that is on by default.

  • What does it cost?

    Professional is €99 a month and Business €299 a month, each for your whole team workspace, never per seat: invite as many colleagues as you like. In Sweden the prices are 1 099 kr and 3 299 kr a month excluding VAT. The AI is included, with no API keys and no separate subscriptions. Cancel any time.
