How do I start?
Choose a plan and sign up. Then download Maxiful, sign in, and Max is ready. Add AI assistants in a few clicks.
What stays on my computer?
Your files, every conversation, the team's memory, and the Maxiful app's own pages. The prompt for each AI call travels through the Maxiful model proxy to the model, by default under no-training terms, unless the workspace owner allows providers that may train, which Maxiful holds off once a Google account has been connected. An assistant on one of your own subscriptions (ChatGPT or Codex, Grok, or Claude) sends its prompts to that provider under your own account and its terms instead, and with a model on your computer the prompt stays there. For up to 7 days we keep the model name, the serving provider, the token counts, the cost and the time of each call, your plan tier, and technical fingerprints of the call, never the content.
What happens before something risky?
That is the level you set for that agent. Set it to Asks first and every new command waits in the approvals queue, with what it touches spelled out, until you approve it or send it back. On Asks when unsure a reviewer model checks a new command first and asks you only when it will not clear it, which is a review rather than your yes, so you choose per agent which of the two you want. On Works on its own, the default on a new install, a payment, a deploy or an outgoing email still waits for your yes.
macOS or Windows?
Both. Scheduled jobs run on macOS and on Windows.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, effective at the end of your billing period. There is no commitment. Your files, memory, and configuration stay on your computer, yours to keep.
