What does Maxiful install?
A desktop app for macOS and Windows, and a team of AI agents that runs on it: a Chief of Staff and specialists for engineering, finance, marketing, design and customer care. The AI is included; there is nothing else to set up.
Which tools can the team use?
Google Workspace, Slack, Stripe, GitHub, HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce, Figma, and any service with an MCP server or an OpenAPI description. Each one connects on your own account, with the access you approve.
What stays on my computer?
Your files, every conversation, the team's memory, and Mission Control itself. The prompt for each AI call travels through the Maxiful model proxy to the model, under no-training terms. We keep usage metadata, model name and token counts, never the content.
Do I need my own API keys?
No. Every plan includes the AI. Your team draws on hundreds of models through OpenRouter from your plan's monthly allowance, so there is nothing separate to buy.
What happens before something risky?
It waits. A payment, a deploy, an email to a customer, or anything else you mark as sensitive lands in the approvals queue, with what it touches spelled out, until you approve it or send it back.
Can I cancel?
