You can move to a higher or a lower plan at any time from your account on maxiful.ai. In the Maxiful app, Upgrade in the usage panel next to the message box opens it. Changes are prorated automatically.
How to change your plan
- Open your account on maxiful.ai
- Click Manage subscription. Your billing page opens, run by our payment provider, Stripe.
- Choose the new plan and confirm it. The change applies immediately.
Upgrading your plan
Your new plan, with its larger AI capacity, starts as soon as you confirm. The difference for the rest of the current billing period, only for the days at the new rate, is charged straight away. After that, each billing period is billed at the new plan price.
Moving from monthly to yearly
A move from monthly to yearly is an upgrade too. The yearly plan starts as soon as you confirm, and you are charged straight away for the yearly plan from today until your billing date next year, less the unused part of your current month. Your billing date stays the same.
Downgrading your plan
A downgrade also applies as soon as you confirm, so the lower plan's AI capacity and support level start straight away. The unused part of your current plan for the rest of the billing period is credited and taken off your next invoices, so you never pay twice for the same days. A move from yearly to monthly works the same way: the monthly plan starts straight away, and the unused part of your year is taken off your monthly invoices until it is used up.
Downgrading to a lower plan reduces your included AI capacity and support level, not the number of agents, your full team stays intact on every plan.
Proration explained
Proration means you're only charged for what you use. If you change plans halfway through the month, you pay for half a month at the old price and half at the new, automatically calculated and shown before you confirm.
When changes take effect
- Upgrades: Immediately, with the difference charged straight away
- Downgrades: Immediately, with a credit on your next invoices
- AI capacity: Changes with your plan, immediately
