- What is Maxiful?
Maxiful is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that installs a team of AI assistants on your own computer. Max, your Chief of Staff, and the specialists you add sign in to your tools and do the work you hand them. Maxiful AB, a Swedish company based in Lidingö, makes it.
- Which recruitment tools does it work in?
Teamtailor and Greenhouse for your jobs, candidates and applications. LinkedIn for your own profile and posts. Outlook mail and calendar in Microsoft 365, or Gmail and Calendar in Google Workspace. You connect each one in the Maxiful app with your own sign-in.
- What does it do in Teamtailor?
It reads your jobs, candidates and applications, and shows where each application matches the role and where the gaps are. Moving a candidate, adding a note and any other change wait for your yes. First a Teamtailor admin turns on MCP in Teamtailor and sets what each role may do.
- Does the AI decide who goes forward?
No. You decide who goes forward. Ranking candidates is your switch, off by default.
- What about interviews and email?
It finds times in your calendar and drafts the invitation, your interview questions and your notes. It drafts replies to candidates and clients in Outlook or Gmail. Sending, booking and posting each wait for your yes, unless you choose Always allow for that kind of action.
- Where does our data go?
Your files, every conversation and the assistants' memory stay on your computer. What an assistant reads to do a task travels in the prompt through the Maxiful model proxy to the AI model, by default under no-training terms. An assistant on one of your own subscriptions (ChatGPT, Grok or Claude) sends its prompts to that provider under your own account instead. If you connect apps under More work apps, their sign-ins are held by our connections provider in the United States, which keeps what each app action sent and returned for up to a year. For up to 7 days we keep a usage record of each call, never its content; the Transparency page lists every item. The Privacy Policy is written under UK and EU GDPR.
- What does it cost?
Professional is €99 a month and Business €299 a month, each for your whole workspace, never per seat: invite as many colleagues as you like. In Sweden the prices are 1 099 kr and 3 299 kr a month excluding VAT. The AI is included, with no API keys and no separate subscriptions. Cancel any time.
- What do we need to start?
A computer with macOS or Windows that stays on while the team works. Setup takes under an hour: you name your Chief of Staff, describe your business and connect the tools you use. You reach your assistants in the desktop app, in the phone app and in Telegram.
