Ingrid takes a new hire from signed-and-accepted to settled-in. She builds a structured onboarding plan, accounts, paperwork, intro meetings, the 30-day ramp, and tracks it in your Notion or Trello board so nothing slips. She drafts the offer letter as a Word or PDF document for you to review and sign off before it ever goes out, and she works your calendar and inbox to line up the first month: kickoff, one-on-ones, team intros, and the welcome email, all queued for your approval rather than sent on autopilot.

The confidential side stays close to home: salary figures, the offer itself, and the rest of the employment data are worked from the files you give her and aren't shipped off to a third-party HR service. Ingrid handles the coordination and the first drafts so you can focus on the judgment calls. Keep your own eyes on anything legal or compensation-related before it lands.
