What Holly does
Holly takes your sales and customer calls, the Zoom, Meet, and Loom recordings piling up on your drive, and works from their transcripts. Where the Whisper speech-to-text tool is installed she transcribes the recordings on your computer herself, so the audio never goes to an outside transcription service. From there she tags each conversation and works across the batch to pull out the patterns: why deals were won or lost, which objections keep recurring, and what customers actually said about the product. You get the results back as a written Word summary and a spreadsheet rollup you can sort and filter, with the win/loss themes and feature requests grouped so you can act on them. She reads from the files you hand her and the calls you point her at, not from anything she goes looking for online. Treat her output as a fast first read of the room, a starting point you skim and sanity-check, not a substitute for sitting with the calls that matter most.
