- What is Maxiful?
Maxiful is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that installs a team of AI assistants on your own computer. Max, your Chief of Staff, and the specialists you add sign in to your tools and do the work you hand them. Maxiful AB, a Swedish company based in Lidingö, makes it.
- Does it work in Fortnox?
Yes. Your assistants read your invoices and customers in Fortnox and prepare drafts on their own. Sending, booking or paying waits for your yes. You connect Fortnox in the Maxiful app and sign in on Fortnox's own page.
- Does it work in Spiris (formerly Visma eEkonomi)?
Yes. Your assistants read your invoices, vouchers, customers and reports in Spiris and prepare drafts on their own. Booking, sending, recording a payment and voiding wait for your yes.
- What can we hand to it?
Reading the overdue invoices and drafting the reminders. Reading the supplier invoices that came in and preparing them for you to check. Preparing invoice drafts. Answering what is unpaid. Drafting replies to clients in Outlook or Gmail. Each booking, sending and payment waits for your yes.
- Can it book or pay without asking?
Only if you say so. The approval card says what the assistant will do. On it you can choose Always allow for that kind of action, and turn it off again in Settings, Approvals.
- Where does our data go?
Your files, every conversation and the assistants' memory stay on your computer. What an assistant reads to do a task travels in the prompt through the Maxiful model proxy to the AI model, by default under no-training terms. An assistant on one of your own subscriptions (ChatGPT, Grok or Claude) sends its prompts to that provider under your own account instead. If you connect apps under More work apps, their sign-ins are held by our connections provider in the United States, which keeps what each app action sent and returned for up to a year. For up to 7 days we keep a usage record of each call, never its content; the Transparency page lists every item. The Privacy Policy is written under UK and EU GDPR.
- What does it cost?
Professional is €99 a month and Business €299 a month, each for your whole workspace, never per seat: invite as many colleagues as you like. In Sweden the prices are 1 099 kr and 3 299 kr a month excluding VAT. The AI is included, with no API keys and no separate subscriptions. Cancel any time.
- What do we need to start?
A computer with macOS or Windows that stays on while the team works. Setup takes under an hour: you name your Chief of Staff, describe your business and connect the tools you use. You reach your assistants in the desktop app, in the phone app and in Telegram.
