Wat Mei doet
Mei werkt met de eventexports die je uit PostHog, Mixpanel of Amplitude haalt, de ruwe csv-bestanden op je computer, en graaft op wat er van week tot week echt is verschoven: activatie, retentie, waar mensen in de funnel afhaken, de groepen die stilletjes weglopen. Ze voert de analyse uit in je spreadsheet, maakt grafieken van de cijfers en verpakt het geheel als een overzicht dat je in een presentatie kunt zetten en kunt rondsturen. Omdat de eventtabellen lokaal blijven, verwerkt ze de exports van meerdere gigabytes waar een cloudupload op vastloopt, en je gebruiksgegevens gaan nooit naar een externe analysedienst.
Je krijgt een begrijpelijke lezing van de trends met de grafieken erbij, een uitgangspunt voor de beslissingen van het team en geen vonnis. Mei brengt de patronen naar boven en wijst de uitschieters aan; jij brengt nog steeds het productinzicht in over wat ze betekenen en wat je er nu mee doet.
