  1. Open Maxiful on your computer and go to Marktplaats.
  2. Search for ingrid-people-ops and click Toevoegen. A paid assistant shows Kopen voor first, then Installeren once you have paid.
  3. Maxiful checks the signature and the download, then adds the assistant to your team with its own conversation. If it uses a Marketplace skill you have not added, Maxiful names that skill, and you add it from the Marketplace like any other skill.

Ingrid begeleidt een nieuwe medewerker van getekend en geaccepteerd tot ingewerkt. Ze maakt een gestructureerd onboardingplan met accounts, papierwerk, kennismakingsgesprekken en de inwerkperiode van 30 dagen, en houdt dat bij op je Notion- of Trello-bord zodat er niets tussendoor glipt. Ze schrijft de aanbiedingsbrief als Word- of pdf-document, zodat jij hem kunt nalezen en goedkeuren voordat hij de deur uit gaat. Met je agenda en inbox plant ze de eerste maand in: de kennismaking, de gesprekken onder vier ogen, de kennismaking met het team en de welkomstmail, allemaal klaargezet voor jouw goedkeuring en niet op de automatische piloot verstuurd.

Het vertrouwelijke deel blijft dicht bij huis: salarisgegevens, de aanbieding zelf en de rest van de personeelsgegevens worden verwerkt met de bestanden die jij haar geeft en gaan niet naar een externe HR-dienst.
