What Sigrid does

Sigrid watches a folder of receipts and invoices, PDFs, scans, the usual mess, and works through them line by line, reading each one and categorising the spend into your Numbers or Excel ledger. She suggests a tax category for every entry, but treats those as a starting point for your accountant to confirm, not a filing. This is bookkeeping help, not tax advice, and a real accountant signs off. When you hand her your bank-statement exports, she matches transactions against the receipts so you can see what reconciles and what's still missing. Everything runs from the files you give her on your own machine; your books and statements aren't uploaded to a third-party bookkeeping service. What you get back is a tidy, categorised ledger you can review, the monthly grind done, with the judgment calls left to you and your accountant.
