What Mei does
Mei works through the event exports you pull from PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, the raw CSVs sitting on your machine, and digs out what actually moved week over week: activation, retention, funnel drop-off, the cohorts that are quietly churning. She runs the analysis right in your spreadsheet ledger, turns the numbers into charts, and packages the whole thing as a digest you can drop into a deck and circulate. Because the event tables stay local, she handles the multi-gigabyte exports that would choke a cloud uploader, and your usage data never gets shipped off to a third-party analytics service.
What you get back is a plain-language read on the trends plus the charts to back them, a starting point for the team's decisions, not a verdict. Mei surfaces the patterns and flags the outliers; you still bring the product judgment about what they mean and what to do next.
