What You See in the Maxiful App
The Maxiful app on your computer is one window for your team. It shows what your agents are doing:
- Your assistants: each agent and how it is doing
- Conversations: what your team has done, including the exchanges between agents
- Scheduled work: what runs on its own, and when
- Usage: how much of your plan's monthly AI allowance you've used, under Settings, Account
You see what's happening. You see the results. No black boxes.
One Price, Everything Included
Here's how Maxiful pricing works: one subscription, everything included.
Maxiful (from €99/mo) covers everything: agent orchestration, AI reasoning, skills, coordination, support, and updates. This is a fixed monthly fee with a generous included AI budget per tier. No separate AI subscription needed.
We chose this model deliberately. One price, everything included. No per-question charges, no separate AI subscriptions to manage, no surprises. You know exactly what Maxiful costs before the month starts.
Why This Matters
AI pricing is confusing by design. "Unlimited" plans have fair-use policies buried in footnotes. Per-seat pricing hides per-call costs. Credit systems obscure what a "credit" actually buys.
We chose a different approach:
- Fixed price, everything included. You know what Maxiful costs before the month starts. AI reasoning included. No surprises.
- No per-question charges. Each plan includes a generous AI allowance: no per-question charges, no credit mathematics. Our model proxy records usage metadata (model and token counts, never content) to keep usage within your plan's included budget.
- The whole picture. You can see what your agents are doing any time, in every conversation.
- No lock-in. Cancel Maxiful any time. Your data stays on your machine.
This isn't complicated. It's just honest.
What Happens During Heavy Usage
Your allowance is measured by the day, the week and the month. If your team uses one up, cloud AI reasoning pauses until it starts again, and the app tells you when; a larger plan raises it. Your data is untouched, and your bill never changes without your say-so.
If you need more capacity, you can upgrade your Maxiful tier, not with a popup you can't close, but from your account, when you choose. You decide.
Your monthly price never changes based on how much your agents think. That's the whole point.
The Principle
We sell a service, not a mystery. You should know exactly what you're getting, exactly what you're using, and exactly what happens when you reach the boundary.
That's not a radical idea. It's just not common in AI.
Maxiful runs locally on your hardware. Your conversations and files stay on your machine. Your account, your billing and the usage metadata of each AI call are what live in our cloud; the transparency page lists every item.
